Air Compressor Design:
Hycomp oil-free air compressors utilize a crosshead guide cylinder and distance piece design, separating the oil-lubricated power end from the oil free air compression end. This allows us to use pressure lubricated bearings that are separated from the heat of compression, unlike a conventional oil-less design that uses permanently greased bearings.
